(Not the audible kind, the tear-streaming kind.)

I took my last final and came home today. Or yesterday, since it's 2:04am. I just arrived home, though, because I stopped to see King Kong on the way, which is currently clocked at over 3 hours. (I bet, however, all of the wordless emotional close-ups of Jack Black and/or that female protagonist would total one of those hours.)

I would recommend it to people, especially current RHS seniors taking Ms. Kiefer's AP English, since it references Heart of Darkness, which I've been told you've recently started. (Reading.) I think the reference has to do with the fact that both stories are about the savagery of mankind, or something. And involve crazy natives. Anyway, you should see it; you'll totally cry.

I think I did fairly dopely on my Calculus 2 exam, which filled me with the needed exaltation to purchase a vanilla latte for the brisk walk home. (We're talking Wednesday night, here.) (The third definition; "a flight of larks.")

The exam I took today (Thursday) didn't go so smoothly. But it wasn't that bad; if I did poorly, so did the whole class. (Right?)
