DCU
This covers at least 3 of my fandoms. Smallville, Comics and Justice League. My love of it started with Smallville and that’s still my #1. I happened to chance across an episode of Justice League once. Especially chanceful because they aired on the free-to-air channel (I didn’t have pay-tv (cable) then.) in the wee hours of the morning. After that I found scans_dailyand the rest was, as they say, history. I started dipping my toes into Comics and I haven’t looked back. There are so many interesting and diverse characters in each Universe and the stories always suck me in.
Clark/Lex
My slash OTP for Smallville. There’s probably a million reasons why I love them. I guess I just find them to be so amazing together and there’s so many ‘what-ifs’ with them. These days I find it hard to picture them together without it being angst ridden but in my mind they’ll never stop loving each other, no matter how much they hate each other.
Icons
Making icons are fun! It’s relaxing too. I’m still improving my methods and finding different ways to make them pretty but it’s a fun pastime. However I don’t get as much free time to make them as I’d like.
Dick Grayson
My 2nd favorite Robin! I think Dick is amazing. He’s really hot, unashamedly sexual and is, in general, a really good person. He has the biggest heart and gives all he has to the people that he loves, his families. Both the Bat-Clan and the Titans. He has mega issues and sometimes he can’t handle them and that only makes him more likable for being so real. I love the Big Brother role he has in Tim’s life and I have to admit, I ship Dick/Kory more than Dick/Babs.
Harry Potter
I just realize that I don’t talk about HP as much as my other fandoms. Harry Potter made me like books. And it was my very first fandom. There are so many characters that I adore and some that I can’t stand. When I was a lot younger, when I first discovered the books, I was head-over-heels in love for Ron. Not so much now but I still love him to bits. I’ve found though, that I’m unlike a lot of people in HP fandom, because I don’t like Snape. I can’t stand him and the thought of sexualizing him makes me gag. Harry/Draco was the first slash pairing I ever shipped. I like Harry with either Draco or Ginny but they’re not really my OTP. My unwavering OTP in HP is Remus/Sirius. To me they’re soul mates. Not that I don’t like Tonks, I adore her! And I love little Teddy too! And I enjoy Remus/Tonks, but Remus/Sirius will always be my OTP.
