Right, er, Hi!
Right, so, I pretty much went M.I.A again. Sorry. Those two assignments took me for everything I'm worth, the last week or so. But they're done now! I just have to do study for my exams now (fuck) and finish my Big Bang (double fuck). No pressure! *hyperventilates*
So, things!:
+ I had a job interview yesterday! It was for David Jones (department store) and I was going to post on how I thought the interview went quite rubbish. It was a group interview and we barely did anything in it. BUT I got a call this morning (waking me up) and I got the job! I couldn't believe it! It's Christmas Part-time, with the contract up on Christmas Eve, but hopefully they'll ask me to stay, and hopefully I'll like it! It's not in my first 2 choices of ladies wear or shoes, but it is my 3rd choice of Home Office & Home Entertainment! Home Entertainment! DVDs & Music! And games too, I guess but I'm not really into that. But I get to talk about DVDs & Music (and office furniture. Does that include stationary? I fucking love stationary.) at work!!! I have the orientation next week and in the meantime, homework to do on it, so hopefully I'll like it.

-Merlin: How, how, how??? Can it make me cry, then laugh then cry all over again in the space of 40 minutes. Omg, ep 3 and already so much has happened!!
-Supernatural: I'm still loving the flow of this season and the last ep was great. I really, really liked Osiris. He was brilliant and funny.
-Doctor Who: I've picked up my rewatch again, where I stalled before hand. I have to watch Army of Ghosts and Doomsday next. I'm going to have to psych myself up because I know I'm going to cry painfully hard, all over again.
-Community: Oh my dear god. Remedial Chaos Theory was brilliant! I, no joke, laughed so hard at Troy's timeline that my sister thought I was dying. Omg, I want to use this episode to introduce people to the show!
+I've finally seen X-Men: First Class! My sis got the DVD yesterday and I watched it last night and I loved it!! And this is the point where I give you all puppy-eyes and ask for Erik/Charles recs, I think. =D So, please, if you have any favourites or rec comms, I'd love to check them out., because honestly, XMFC fandom is HUGE and I have no idea where to start *flails*. I'm particularly interested E/C set in the time they're searching for mutants... and I wouldn't say no to any that focus on, what is the preffered term, 'mental connection'? 'mind-melding'? Yeah that sort of stuff. Oh man, I love that excited feeling you get when you try out a new fandom.
+Armageddon this weekend!!! I haven't figured out my schedule for Saturday yet, so I should get on that. But yay! It's going to be so exciting!!!
+I don't think I have anything else to say. Hmmm. I know I haven't been on LJ much but I seem to be updating Twitter more than I used to. I'm superbeef09 on there if you have a twitter too. Although let me know you're an LJ friend if you follow me, so I know to follow back.
