So, I dunno how my brain works on these things but I've been spreading myself into a few of my other fandoms mostly this season, backing off from Supernatural a little bit. I mean, it wasn't intentional, it just sorta happened.
I think it did have to do with the progression of Season 6, I have loved it, loved the storylines and the wave of character progression.
My favorite season? Not really but the Robo!Sam storyline in the first half gave me SO MANY FEELINGS and clenched my heart (even inspired a fic, cue shock and horror at me actually getting anything written).
But during the hiatus' and through the eps that have been back, SPN's still been a bit secondary these days. It's not surprising, I go through phases with my fandom focus, they swap and change all the time, just recently my Comics love has resurged, for example.
And admittedly I haven't been reading much Dean/Cas as of late as well.
But I watched 6.20 yesterday then I went and cried!!!!! Omg, I got a little teary during some Robo!Sam parts and inferences but I full on cried and I fucking enjoyed it. asfjkdfl;sjfl;d SPN, I swear I love it when you break my heart.
Just, god, Dean looked like he wanted to cry and Sam was so hurt and Cas! You stupid, bad-decision-making Angel, I wish I didn't completely understand why he did what he did because then I could be mad at him but dammit I do.
*sigh* I don't know what I want to happen but I do know that they've pulled me right back in again.
In related news (well, somewhat) It times like theses, when the idea infest my brain and won't leave that I wish I knew something/anything about making vids. Because I really, really, really want a Cas focused video to Gaga's Judas, with Dean being the 'Jesus' and Crowley being the 'Judas' in the song. My stupid brain fart probably makes more sense if you've seen the Judas music video.
*sings*
"Jesus is my virtue and Judas is the demon I cling to."
...Great, guess what's stuck in my head now? Oh well, could be worse.
