Extreme Makeover!!!
We have a new bathroom!!!! It's actually finished!!!
Although we can't use it until Sunday because the the sealing on the shower needs to set BUT pretty new bathroom!!
It's such a big difference too! The bathroom has always been very small, since Mum & Dad renovated it 25 years ago to put in the bath, 'cause my sister was on the way. But that's been taken out now. Basically the plumber gutted the whole room and went from there. So, new shower, new tiles, new vanity and sink and a new toilet too. The only thing the same is the mirror and cabinet behind it and the windows.
It's so pretty and it echoes now, lol!
Also went out with Dad and my sis to the bookstores we like today.
Highlights;
-Pretty girl that served me coffee in St Kilda was cute and chatty and had a pretty smile.
-Got 2 Merlin books; the Heroes Guide and the Villains Guide and they have puzzles in them!
-Bought a lot of comics but still missing a few issues but that's my own fault for falling so far behind. I did do some organizing of them and know which ones I need to hunt down. Probably do that on Friday.
-Saw the most AMAZING shoes in Wittner! Sparkly red heels! Imagine Dorothy's Ruby Slippers. Yeah, they were like that. *whines* I want them but have to save for Sydney.
-SYDNEY! It's only a week (and a bit) away!!!!!!
Also, was in Borders at Melb. Central and they had all these super cute things/office supplies/trinket things. Just various stuff. Bits and bobs, if you will. Anyway, saw these and had to take a photo! Supernatural Drinking Game anyone?
Lastly, Adam Hills' new talk show aired tonight and I thought it was great! He interacted with his audience so much that they were actually part of the show. Arj Barker was pretty funny too. He's kinda hit and miss with me but tonight was a hit. Also the Aussie of the Year, Dude-what's-his-name, was on as well and he seemed pretty cool. Also Melissa George was on and my god, the woman must be more than human; she'd been on set all day and then rocks up looking stunningly gorgeous. But all in all, it was a pretty good show and I'll defnitely be watching it next week.
