Day 21 - Your favorite writer for any Superman related medium.
Geoff Johns. I'm always excited when I hear he's writing an episode for Smallville and I loved what he did in his run with Adventure Comics and Superman Secret Origins.
Day 27 - Your day, in great detail
I was going to get up early but after verbally abusing my phone when its alarm when off, I tried hitting the snooze button repeatedly and consequently didn't get up until 9:30.
I got dressed and left at 10 and walked up to Centrelink to hand in the forms to renew my healthcare card. I was surprised there was virtually no line when I got there. Usually Centrelink is a total hellhole. After that, I walked down to the shops to stop in at the chemist to pick up some more nurofen. Then I walked home.
I got home at about 11:30 and brought in the bin and got the mail. I got excited when I saw one was for me but it was just a statement from the Commonwealth Assistance thing telling me they've paid for my next semester at Uni and I'm welcome to voluntarily start paying back the ridiculous amount of money I owe them at any time. Yeah, ok, I'll get right on that.
I got in and got a bag of chicken breasts out of the freezer to defrost. While they were defrosting in the microwave I got on the computer and went through my f-list. When they were done, I cut them up and put them in a bowl with soy sauce & seseme seed oil to marinate for dinner.
After I did the chicken, I started to mix up a cake mix to bake a cake. While I was getting that ready, my sister woke up and came down (her bedroom is in my Nan's grannyflat in the backyard) and so I talked to her while I made the cake.
Once that was in the oven, I cleaned the bathroom. Just the regular stuff, sweeping the floor and the tub and scrubbing the basin and the shower.
After I finished cleaning it, I took a shower. Once I was done and got dressed, I folded up the laundry and put most of it away. The the cake was done, so I took it out of the oven.
Then I had lunch, egg salad sandwhiches and watched Supernatural, conitnuing the epic rewatch of epicness that I've fallen a bit behind on and took tally along with it, (which will be posted next).
After a couple of episodes, I listened to music and then went to finish the cake, as it had cooled down enough.
The cake is awesome, it's chocolate cake and I cut it in half and put a layer of Betty Crocker chocolate frosting in the middle and then I iced it all.
After the cake was done, I cooked dinner with the chicken I'd marinated. It was my chicken and noodle stirfry and it was really yum. While I ate dinner, I watched some more SPN and then I had some cake too.
I've just finished Something Wicked, and then I started writing this and after it's posted, I'm going to post an SPN tally for 6 eps.
So that was my day.
