Huge Ass Post-Con Recap.
AHBLII - SPN Con - Melbourne
Omg, I had the bestest time! Expect a mass overuse of the word awesome.
My camera was pretty shit at taking the photos, I've tried to pick out the best ones but they're not all that great.
The day started with a little dissappointment, I missed the Minion breakfast because I didn't know that the first train wasn't until 7:19. So I missed the breakfast but when I got off the tram I saw a big group of people walking and I asked if they were the Minion Meetup & they were! How's that for luck.
Anyway we got there and spent our time waiting to get in talking and laughing and squeeing. It was awesome.
Oh and hils, isarae said you say hi, so; Hi XD

Once we got in & got tickets, there was a welcome and the MC was great! She was a fangirl-type too.
I got my photo with Julie first and she is so sweet! And so tiny! She was so lovely. I introduced myself and she goes "Oh that's my middle name."
And while I was in line for Julie, I got talking with this really nice girl named Jess. I didn't ask if she was in fandom but Jess, if you're out there, we talked about how you went to AHBL in Sydney last year and you couldn't get a photo with the boys but you got a photo with Misha but you didn't have your braces then.
While we waited (the organization of everything was so well done!!!!!) they played Abandon All Hope so everybody who wasn't caught up would know at least about that before Sam's Q&A. And they also played all the bloopers and a fanvid as well Jensen's Eye Of the Tiger. They also played games to win freebies.
Then I had my photo with Rob and omg! He's so damn cute and nice!!! And he was so sweet, talking to everybody, asking how they were and stuff. So cute!!
And then I had my photo with Misha!! Omg he was so awesome. They were rushing him a bit because I was in the last group but he still asked everyone how they were. I introduced myself and he said, "That's my sisters' name." and he was so smiley and all I noticed when the photo was being taken was how solid he was, as I had my arm around his back *melts*
Sam's Q&A session was awesome. And she is so cool and funny. Her intro vid was an R.I.P for Jo & Ellen, which was gorgeous and totally would have made me cry if I hadn't been in public. Sam had some fantasic stories. The highlights being when she shared our distaste for Channel 10's bullshit with airing SPN. She talked about the 'kick-it-in-the-ass' and about Kim Manners. She also told some hilarious stories about her little gun mishap when filming Abandon All Hope. And apparently Sam Ferris has a thing for JDM and knows exactly how rock hard Jared's ass is. Lol!
Sam was so cool and awesome, I love her!
After a lunch break it was Rob & Julie's Q&A. OMG they both are just too adorable!!! There were some really great questions and Rob was very taken with one girl in the audience dressed in a red devil's outfit.
One person asked Julie about the Impala scene with Jensen and I remember her saying that they did 2 versions, one with the bra and one without but they didn't use the braless one. She reckons that they probably looked weird because Jensen was so gentlemanly and protective and they were huddling together trying to keep her covered. Rob was also the first to let the fbomb drop. Lol!!! And when Julie was asked about her favorite scene, she said she loved the kick-ass fighting she got to do with Amy.
Misha's Q&A was amazing!! Scratch that, HE is amazing!!! One of the auctions is a t-shirt that he's graffitied, and on the Sydney one, he wrote the phone number of his Aussie sim card and they called during the Q&A. So of course Misha had to try and answer and fiddle with his phone a bit trying to call them back. Misha couldn't get reception so he used an audience members phone to call them back but they didn't answer so he left a message. But then a little bit later they called the girl back, so Misha sat down next to her and had a conversation (on loud speaker) with the woman.
Another hilarious moment with Misha was when he had a microphone in one hand and a water bottle in the other. Misha was asked a question and he went to speak into his water bottle. Absolutely hilarious. And he was so embarrassed too! Other than that he was funny and cheeky and poked fun at audience members and made no effort to watch his language. You know, Misha's usual.
After Misha was Jim's Q&A. He was just darling!!! He had a good time impersonating and mocking our accent. His entrance was so funny too! He walked in carrying an ancient computer moniter and keyboard and said, "Hang on, I've just got to finish this Twitter." Lol!!! Jim was really funny and entertaing and his whole talk was really fun.
After that was waiting around for autos which took forever! While we waited they played Jensen's Q&A from Sydney last year but we still got pretty restless.
When we finally got up there it was pretty quick. I got autos from all of them and they were all so sweet. Sam was so lovely and so was Jim. Jim told me I had a cute voice!! And then he said it reminded him of his daughter's and then he said he liked how her voice sounded kinda like a flute. Awwww, I thought that was so cute the way he talked about her. He was just lovely.
Afterwards we went back into the CBD and grabbed some McDonalds before our trains. And that was just as awesome! Sitting around talking and gossiping about SPN and other shows and omg it was so freaking awesome!!!
So it was a really long day but it was so fucking beyond awesome I can barely wrap my head around it.
