Limerick is actually pretty boring; two days there may be a day and a half too many. Galway I was only in for an evening, so I know not.

Dublin you should do Trinity and the Book of Kells, Dublin Castle, the Post Office, all the statues, parks, and pubs you can find downtown (just wander around near the south bank of the river for a few hours), and a day trip out to see Newgrange. NEWGRANGE IS A MUST.

You're the second person to tell me that Limerick is boring. :) Fortunately, that's the end of our vacay, and we'll be tired and just wanting to chill at that point before flying home. So boring might be okay.

We're not gonna get to Dublin this trip, though. We're staying on the west coast. I don't know anything about Newgrange. I'll have to go look that up on a map.
