THE MENIAL TASKS MEME
it is indeed exactly what it sounds like

People hate doing chores more often than not. This surprises no one, because chores are tedious and mundane. Unfortunately for you, though, you aren't getting away without doing your chores today. You're stuck in a room -- maybe it's a kitchen, or a laundry room, or a convenient biodome-esque room that needs tending -- what matters is, you're stuck.

Luckily, there's an exit! But wait, I thought we were stuck? Oh, you are. There is an exit. It's a simple door, and it's the only way out of the room. But it's locked. Locked and indestructible, so don't go getting any funny ideas. However, there is a way to get the door to unlock and set you free! If you've caught on by now that you have to perform, with your stuck partner, whatever menial task the room has provided for you, you would be correct. Do the chore, and the door will open. Do nothing, and nothing happens. Try to break your way out without doing your work, and whatever workload you have will double. And keep doubling.

You aren't allowed out to play until you've finished your chores!

HERE'S HOW WE DO:
1. You start a thread.
2. Someone replies, and rolls a number from 1-5.
3. Chores.

TEDIUM:
ONE. dishes. enough dishes to suggest a small army previously dined from them.
TWO. laundry. again, that small army sure does wear a lot of clothes.
THREE. mopping/sweeping/vaccuuming. look at how filthy this floor is oh my god the grime is like an inch thick! and this room is huge.
FOUR. dusting. the room is now full of furniture. and that shit is dusty as fuck.
FIVE. mowing the lawn. welcome to tall grass: the reckoning.
