the Twilight series review/analysis (short, 3 p.)

neat article in the Atlantic entitled what girls want by caitlin flanagan.  it seems pretty spot-on, to this guy at least.  sure, the series isn't "great lit" but what sucked me in (besides the subject, no pun intended) was the dialogue, the sense of once again being a teenager and trying to figure out WTF is going on.

glad we're reading the first book, but it'll be really hard not to just keep reading the rest of the series again >.<  ^_^
