another review? (not quite) for the rinaldi book
first, i've read the excellent criticism of my heart is on the ground, but i haven't read the actual book yet. i'm thinking the actual read will be more like a fast skim--i'll have too much distaste in my mouth with the critique in mind to give it a thorough read, alas.
second, some cursory searches for additional reviews pulled up this one from the books r4 teens site. not really a review, tho; more like a study guide to accompany the book. lots of links for kids to further understand the setting and situation of the book. note 1--a scils link is on the list! ^_^ but no longer available :( and note 2--ann rinaldi's personal site is incorrect. the real one (not much depth) is http://annrinaldi.net.
