states
Well this weekend was the state championships. It was ok i guess. It could have been a lot better. we could have came in 1st...or even 2nd. But i guess being the 3rd best team in the state isnt bad. Sat. was probably one of the worst days of my life, and we won our hockey game. When that buzzer went off in the third period, tears starting rolling out of my eyes. It finally hit me that my youth hockey career was over. You couldnt even imagine how i felt. That was my life. it was my 13th season. i didnt stop crying for about a half hour. Neither did dusty and osborn. ( we were all aging out) I made my coach cry, my mom cry, Jay cry, and steve and dusty's mom cry. It just sucks that the thing i love to do is all gone. But i guess a new chapter in my life is beginning. College hockey. But i dont think it will ever be the same.
