I Know It's Late But I Still Have 33 Minutes Here....
So, I've been so busy this week that I haven't had time to sit down and down out my list for Author Appreciation Week, but since it's only 11:27, and it's still Sunday the 17th, and because I don't really need a special week to thank all my favorite authors...I decided to do up my list now. Also, just because I can.
effie214 because she is my twin who was seperated at birth (ignore the age differences). Because of her exceptionally helpful beta skills, even though she tries to squish a Red Sox reference into every one, and her unyielding encouragement and hilarity. Also because she coined the term flangst and has taken up the angsty side of that. The angst to my fluff. Together we make up the FLANSGT. A little bit country, a little bit rock and roll, honey!
alamo_girl80 because Home still makes me cry happy tears. Because Truisms has a two-part oneshot with a scared-of-Cain DG and because Misheard is freaking hilarious! Oh, and she's amazing, too.
lattelady6 because she still believes in happily ever afters. And when Effie's angst makes me cry, Phyllis' CDG fluff makes me happy once more.
erinm_4600 because California Tin is brilliant and she turned Jack Skinner into a fluffy teddy bear.
lizzelda because her new fic Drifiting makes me want to stop writing flangst, as I will never be as awesome as that. Seriously.
guin_ramble because Missing Moments is the most excellent angsty smut I've ever read. I also don't think I've ever read a fic quite so many times and even though its unfinished, I love it even more each time. It's a sophisticated development of the relationship between Cain and DG, all revolving around 'a significiant look.'
nadeshiko1 because she writes wonderful reivews and always has something exciting to say! And because her thoughts on Zero's character are intriguing...
writtenvoice38 because Coronation is the fic I wait for. A slow-progressing relationship that culminated in the perfect moment. Plus the last chapter was made of WIN.
alchemist because her fic Quicksilver Etchings not only has a cool name, but is an intricate story told mostly through letters. Unfinished but still wonderful. Go. Go find it now.
