You're a bitch and you're going to die of diabetes!
So, I recently watched a movie called Eagle vs. Shark on the recommendation from this guy I have a crush on that works at I Love Video, a local indie video store. The thing about this guy is that he is cute/not cute in the way that the fact that he is in a band (Attack Formation) and has a job with some indie cred pushes him into the melt range. I am not alone in this matter, as Garrett, Kami, and I call him "Secret Boyfriend". This is probably propelled by the fact that we are all too chickenshit to ask his name.
Now the movie was super cute, definitely swoon worth since Secret Boyfriend recommended it. It's like Napoleon Dynamite and Goonies with a Muriel's Wedding sense of humor and sensibility, even though Muriel's is an Australian film and we all know not to call a Kiwi an Aussie. The characters are mostly all unsympathetic, which can turn some people off if they are not familiar with the Australian sense of humor (I have seen a few New Zealand films and that's definitely something they have in common.) Bonus, the soundtrack is really nice Twee Pop music, which is more popular "down under" than here in the states.
Check it out, it's a cute movie to watch with a boy/girl you're into or alone, drinking.
