This last week brought us a list of Washington shutdowns
via Fox Sports. Which I am sure RG3 appreciates.
Meanwhile, life was good for my teams in the playoffs.
The Saluki Dawgs- (8-5, 2-0) The Dawgs were on the right side of Jamal Charles's 50 point day, which put them into the Championship. A subpar (for him) day from Peyton manning helped slow my opponent, and at the end of the day I don't really have to worry about Tony Romo's bad decisions (at least too much)- he still put up 22 points, and Dez Bryant and Pierre Garcon also scored high. The championship brings Cam Newton and Chris Johnson, so it could be up for grabs.
The Offensive Weapons (5-9, 1-0) -Life in the loser's round, but I did take the first week (barely) and can hope to win 2 for some respectability. It should be noted that I only played one player that I drafted in the first 5 rounds (Round 3 Vincent Jackson- a solid pick) and only three of my Top 10 draft picks (Bears defense (#10) and Dwayne Bowe #6 the others). Which means I do a great job of working the waiver wire, or I am a terrible drafter. I am not sure, but some of those busts are getting favorable buzz this week (Kapernick, Ridley, Trent Richardson) so we will see what next week brings,
