I'm Baaaaaack
Hey folks. Sorry for the long silence. Lots going on--much very good. I have two minutes before I have to leave the office--I finally figured out how to access LJ from my work computer. MUCH easier to read/work with. Sooo now that it's summer int he Learning Center, I'll be more forthcoming (I hope!)
Went to Grief Recovery workshop--I'm now a certified specialist and boy was it intense and valuable. I think the whole fam damly could use it--a method that is not psychological or involving analyzing anything--just a release from the pain of painful memories. I've barely scratched the surface but feel tons better.
Quote of the week from another workshop: "Commitment creates means." That squished my brains nicely.
John Pinette is the funniest man alive! See clips of his act on the Comedy Central website. Amazing and definitely in accord with the family sense of humor.. "Salad is not a food.
