yay, i just realized (it being after midnight now) that today marks the 2nd anniversary of the day i found out i had mono. boy, was that ever a fun 6 weeks *dripping with sarcasm*
i talked to my butt buddy jaime today, and she is going to come play with the uconn girls sometime this weekend! i am so excited, we're going to have a blast. i can always go for a westover reunion, even though every day of my life basically is one anyway.
me, makkie, taylor and amanda (another westover reunion right there) went to the gavin degraw concert tonight. soooo good, i just love him. technically it was a ben folds concert, gavin was the opening act, but we went to see him. we stayed for like 15 minutes of ben, decided he sucked, and left. i had to go to work anyway, my boss called and asked if i could cover the night shift. so i didn't take the whole thing, thank god, being here til 2am sucks enough as it is (31 more minutes!) but having to be here 6 hours until 2 would really blow.
took my journalism exam today, i think it went pretty well. my psych quiz i didn't get to study much for, i got a 65, but he said he always boosts the grades and a 70 is at least a C+ so hopefully i have a low C or something.
2 weeks until spring break! of course, i am doing absolutely nothing, but that's never bothered me. i was just fooling around online the other day and i looked up flights to miami. there's a few for the middle of the week, like 3-4 days, for $240 which is damn good for florida in march on such short notice. but seeing as how i don't know what my employment status will be in 3 months (and whenever ryan and i get together we drink a LOT) i figure i should just save some money and go visit the UM kids when my financial situation is a little more stable.
i cannot wait for the hot date with my bed, which will commence within the hour.
