I am debating whether to go to CP this year. most of the people I knew from it have either stopped going, or switched to other factions. Of the few who remain, they are usually off doing stuff with other people.
On top of that, the Liberati disbanding means there is no place my character fits any more. This means I either need to work out somewhere else that he fits, or start a new one.
Now, normally, I'd just see where my character ends up, as I know quite a few people in game still, even if they are spread over most of the factions. However, I still can't get renewal weekends off, which means that I could attend for the next 5 years, and not get any character advancement at all. I therefore miss the best event of the CP calendar, and thanks to all the above, I am effectively a no skills, no friends, nobody. This may have its advantages to many people, but not to the way I play.
So. Anyone able to either (1) persuade me that CP can still be fun this year, (2) recommend a way for me to change the way I play, so I can have fun in a whole new way, or (3) join me playing Shadowrealms, so I can still see some of you on occasion? (Caz need not apply for that last one...)
Oh, and I lost half a stone over christmas. Apparently, Turkey is made out of antimatter, since the amount of food I ate, this is the only logical explanation....
