I have purchased 3 different handbags over the last couple of months that I have been MIA. Let's just say...it was my way of dealing with issues that were less-than-favorable, in both my personal and professional life.
Here's the latest purchase. It suits me for the season because I've been looking for a woven handbag. It's not overdone with the details or too fussy with the hardware. I mean, come on...it's already woven. How much more embellished does it have to be, right?
They offered the handbag in Royal (an electric blue on my computer screen though) and in Citron (fluorescent yellow). Had I not gotten my yellow purse earlier this summer (same maker, coincidentally), which I also love, I would have probably gone for the Citron -- if the yellow was acceptable in person.
It is large enough but not oversized and modern and edgy...and I really like it. I'm sure it's not a classic, but the shape works for me.
Here is the yellow bag I purchased -- same design house:
I think the best part of both bags isn't so much the design, but also that there isn't a giant brand name emblazoned across the leather or anything. It's very small and while notable, it's only notable up close.
