So I made an ambassador cake today in class. What that is, is is 3 layers of sponge cake, with a chocolate glaze
on the bottom layer, and pastry cream mixed with candied fruit in between the rest. On top is marzipan, and we
were supposed to decorate our cakes as well. To do that, we had food dye, and.... more marzipan. So anyway,
here is my cake. These were taken on my phone, cause my parents took the camera to Canada.
