Virgil Klima [Original Character]
Lockon doesn't know Virgil well yet, but he believes that they'll get along, despite one being a lawman and the other being with an organization like Celestial Being. He seems like a pretty chill dude and seems more concerned about doing what's right than about all of the proper procedure. And hey, gunslinger buddies!
Lachesis [Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu]
Never had Lockon expected himself to associate with a beauty, both inside and out, of Lachesis's caliber. She defies numerous stereotypes of medieval nobles, has a good head on her shoulders, and is a wonderful person to talk to. Lockon enjoys Lachesis's company more than that of any other member of Confuto Ordinatio, and feels comfortable enough with her to go into detail about his past, which is something he has yet to do with anyone else. He's immensely relieved that she not only survived the flight of her homeland, but found her way back to Confuto Ordinatio before he had to do something that could land him in serious trouble. And she hasn't mentioned her brother much at all since returning, leading him to conclude that she finally learned to move on with her life, like he did after he lost his family.
Meryl Silverburgh [Metal Gear]
Lockon can tell from fighting alongside Meryl that she's a good soldier. She thinks tactically, adapts quickly, and makes good use of what she's given. He feels bad that they lost, and hopes that Meryl isn't too disappointed. Either way, he'd like to get to know her better outside of business.
Solid Snake [Metal Gear]
Snake is the kind of guy that Lockon would like to get to know better, preferably over cigarette breaks. He is the kind of soldier he likes to see; less interested in following rules to the letter and more interested in actually doing things.
Katina Tarask [Super Robot Wars: Original Generation]
Lockon would like to see more soldiers have similar attitudes to Katina's. She's not obsessed with rules and regulations, and is more interested in Getting Shit Done. Granted, he thinks she's a little too reckless at times, but he is really not one to talk.
Ran Yakumo [Touhou Project]
Ran is Lockon's closest friend in Confuto Ordinatio behind Lachesis. She's wise, mature, and a pleasure to talk to. He understands why she refused to help him when Lachesis was gone for a week, and doesn't hold it against her. And he trusts her to do her best to help him improve in Gensokyo dispute-solving.
