It's 3 AM and I have never had this much focus before. I can see cause, effect, all that weird crystallization bullshit. It's marvelous, and totally not psychotic in any way.

He had to summon it via Wise Core first. The parts to Wisel are upgradable, along with more fake cards. The head piece can be upgraded to have Shien's negation effect. It's five pieces all at once, and its main trick is essentially heavy lockdown and negation based around Wisel Infinity, who redirects attacks to a piece that can be destroyed, which can then be upgraded to have that effect and that of Scrap Iron Scarecrow. They also used known cards like Raigeki Break, Torrential Tribute, and High Speed Crash. At it's peak, without including it's Anti-Synchro effect, he upgraded the offensive arm twice for a total of 3400 ATK.
He mentioned "Fusions were no longer a match." I'm going to assume that means the way we took out Ghost isn't going to work this time around.

Hrm. Difficult. The obvious conclusion would be to play a solitaire deck, but those don't work in Speed World...

And the only time we see this guy he's on a bike. Cornering him into a street duel seems pretty unlikely.

... Yes. Hrm. And he has network hacking. so... We need something that's really effective. But nothing is coming to mind... Except maybe multi-attackers?

Multi-attackers are good, but I can't think of any specific multi-attacks that could surmount an attack like that barring going equip crazy, which is impossible in a riding duel anyway.
