I'm inspired to do this because of a fanfiction...how sad is that
I haven't posted in a while mainly because nothing exciting is going on right now. I found out today that I am invited to my neighbor's wedding in July, which should be a lot of fun. They're really cool people. Mom and I went out and found a dress (that's right I said dress) for me to wear to the shindig. Its of course black but its a nice cut and will hide some of my "extra baggage". That's always good.
By the way, I lost 2 pounds. I don't know how the hell I did it but I did. I think the scale is broken to be honest. =D
Still haven't figured out what is wrong with me. I went to a gastro-intestinal doctor who thinks it might be a parasite of some sort, so he had me do a couple of tests and I haven't heard back from him yet. I did those tests last week so I guess I'll give him another week before I call. I don't know how long it takes to get results off of them so...
I started my summer class two weeks ago. It actually sounds really interesting. We are looking at rare books and writing descriptions about them. This might not sound interesting to the rest of you but it is to me, mainly because I get to look at rare books! Right now I'm working on a book from 1886.
So that's about it here. just trying to enjoy summer as much as possible before I have to go back to 2 classes a semester. But I did find out that I will be working for an archive at school in the Fall. So finally some experience I can put on my resume.
