Please find enclosed your Decree Absolute which is dated 24/04/2009. This is the document which finally dissolves your marriage. Please keep this in a safe place as you will be required to produce it should you ever wish to remarry or obtain a new passport.
May I draw your attention to the notes on the Decree Absolute dealing with the effect divorce has on inheritance under a Will. I strongly recommend that you seek advice on writing a new Will following the divorce as soon as possible.
I am still waiting to hear from the court with approval of the Final Financial Order.
