League of Legends gives me the weirdest crises of confidence. If I'm in my comfort zone, I can play like shit and not care, 'cause I know I'm good. But if I play with random League friends instead of my DZ buddies? Suddenly it doesn't matter how well I play, if we lose the game, I am convinced they think I'm a horrible player. If I criticize someone else's play? I worry I'm being bitchy, worry I'm setting up people's expectations for my own play, worry I might be upsetting my friends who don't feel as confident as I do in their own play.
