Looking for an Artist

Specifically, there's a piece in my head involving seven to eight people in a harem anime-ish style. I know that's a bunch of people, so the price might be pretty staggering, though the less staggering the better. There's also some picture references for all of them, plus some text descriptions.

The person I'd normally ask about this kind of thing is freelancing, so I'm not sure she'd be willing to take it on.
