Firelord Zuko is attempting to hack out some sort of peace with the Earth Kingdom. Zhao wishes him the best of luck, very grudgingly. It is, after all, by the Firelord's virtue that he still lives. Or lives again. Neither the Avatar nor Zhao are entirely clear on the matter. Zhao doesn't like to think about it at all.
This party in Ba Sing Se is only slightly more interesting than watching ink dry. Zhao is this close to seeing if he can use his newfound waterbending to freeze his blood in order to escape the boredom.
Next to home, Torao heaves a sigh. "The Earth Kingdom throws terrible parties."
"Tell me about it," he growls. "- Fuck it, I'm going to start a fight."
Torao glances at him. "How? The mudslingers have been ignoring all of my barbs."
Zhao grinned. "I'll kiss one."
