"For crying out loud! Mixmaster came in hours ago! What the frag were you two doing out there in the monsoon?" Long Haul threw his arms up in the air when Scrapper and Bonecrusher rolled back into the base. Both payloader and bulldozer were caked in mud up to their cabins, and they were getting mud all over the floor. Long Haul knew damn well who was going to clean that up.
Skywarp and Thundercracker.
"Preparing the ground," Scrapper said. "Where's Hook and Mixmaster? I need a bath."
"Two doors down." Long Haul folded his arm and narrowed the light-band of his visor. Scrapper ignored the glare and rolled past him.
"Aw, just get the hose, 'Haul." He could hear Bonecrusher's grin in his voice. "I don't need anything fancy."

"A 'handful' for a 'bath'," Hook said, studying the jar of brightly-colored ground minerals. "Well, that's just bafflingly unhelpful. Whose hand are we measuring this by? For that matter, whose bath are we measuring this by? A bath for us is considerably smaller than a bath for a Seeker."
"You wanted him involved in this," Mixmaster muttered, then snatched the jar out of Hook's hands. While the crane yelped, he shook part of the jar into the steaming water Scrapper was partly immersed in. "Th-there! Stop being so picky, Hook!"
