I hope I have a reason to use this world-building again, but I suspect I won't. Not a lot of fans seem to be into religions for a fan-world.

Transformers and religions they may have is something that is massivly overlooked in fanfiction and world building. Usually it's just 'everybody believes in Primus', 'everybody believes in Vector Sigma' or it's not mentioned at all.
Do you have the chats you had with Lunatron anywhere? I'd love to read more detail and depth for these religions and their facets.

World-building and religions are some of my Things, so coming up with religions for Transformers was so much fun. If this were in the Great War or during the series, I'd also have various hero-cults around such figures as Megatron, Optimus Prime, Starscream, etc. (Not that the Constructicons would be involved in any of those hero-cults, though they might have a few ones for them.)

Long Haul follows the Thirteen, which is sort of a Primatist sect and sort of not, since it venerates and deifies the first thirteen Transformers. I think they're viewed as more approachable than Primus. The coin thing and the temple layout is something I borrowed from Sharon Shinn's Troubled WatersPrimus Paternus is a basic Christian-variation of Primus-worship, based on roleplaying with a lovely woman who played a Primus priestess as essentially a Christian priest. She was great fun, even if I did sometimes have to stop and go "but Primus is not canonically depicted like that". Of course ( ... )
