Is Yuletide always for rare-fandoms? Or is there another multifandom xmas exchange for bigger fandoms?

It is always for rare fandoms. It is multi-fandom, but it is only for rare fandoms. The list has just grown huge over years, so it has relics on it that are no longer eligible. I think AtLA is on their list but it hasn't been eligible for years.
