Motormaster aborts a panic-flail when his brain catches up to the fact that he just punched Megatron and tries to put out the aura of "I meant to do that. I am a manly man. Touching my girl jet-bitch means you get hurt, no matter who you are."
... I am not entirely sure of Megatron's reaction, to be honest.
I'd imagine he starts laughing, then continue laughing and at least be still smiling about one week later when Motormaster is finally released from the brig to get his injuries looked at.
Yeah, that does seem Megatron-like. He might not even confine Moto to the brig for a week - he sure as hell let's Starscream get away with a lot worse for a lot stupider reasons than "I am a jealous bastard and you are publicly snogging the object of my jealous possessiveness". ^__^

Yes, but Starscream stands a little higher in the food chain. Motormaster can be missed for a while, with at least two other gestalts among the troops that are just a bit less "disasters-on-wheels". Starscream, for whatever qualities that got and keep him his position as second-in-command, is a little more needed to keep the army working and keep Megatron "company" after a hard day of fighting Autobots.
