Maybe when the door gets broke down love can break in...
So today was a thousand times better than yesterday. still had a few shitty things happen, but whatever. nothing in comparison to yesterday.
worked at B&BW today. Melissa didn't tell me i was gonna be doing shipment in the back room, and running to off-site about 939084586379 times, so i totally didn't dress for that. heels+ladder+heavy boxes=not a good combination. ergh. but it wasn't too bad. i was real cold going to off-site though lol. the off-site for B&BW is in that little corridor that takes you from one side of the complex to the other, between linens & things and some other store lol. don't remember what it is. whatever. while i was working, some woman returned this beautiful snow globe that they only sell at the stores that have the White Barn Candle Company attached to it. since we don't sell it, they were going to have to damage it out and get rid of it. there was no way i was going to let that happen. it's absolutely gorgeous. so i bought it for my mom for christmas :) i was so excited.
after i left there, i went over to the mall to get my schedule and to do a little bit of shopping for myself :) that was fun lol. finished buying stuff for mom for christmas, so she's done lol. i'm real happy about that.
came home, got arby's on the way. that was good. i haven't had arby's in a while. watched part of a christmas movie with my mom, then dicked around on the computer for a bit. got a frantic call from Justin from AE at 9:40 trying to find someone to cover for him from 10pm-2am because his car broke down on 96 and he had no way of getting there. i took it for him, whatever. i need more hours so that worked out well. got there, got a huge hug from Krista because she said she would rather have me closing than Justin. that made me feel good :) worked on the back corner of the store for the entire 5 hours i was there. oye. it looks hot though. loves it. the hoodies are a bitch to fold though. that's the only thing that sucked. condensed a bunch of shirts we didn't have anymore of in the back, and was able to bring out a bunch of tank tops that we didn't have room for before. Krista told me i was amazing and she has no idea why Tommy hates having me close. again, that made me feel really good :)
got out at 3, stopped at McDonalds on the way home for an Egg McMuffin and a really big glass of water lol. i was so thirsty. i downed a monster, and 4 bottles of water at work tonight. that was a bottle an hour. i had to piss like racehorse when i got home lol. it was rediculous.
and now i'm sitting on my bed thinking i should go to sleep because i'm really tired. but i have a feeling i won't be able to go to sleep for another 2 hours or so :P boo hiss. eh, whatever. it's worth a shot. 'night all
oh, and one of the guys i work with told me the song "Just the Girl" by The Click Five reminded him of me :D yay!! okay i'm going to bed for real now lol. :) :) :)
