Strange taste in men
So I was sitting here trying to write my thesis but with the tv on, and I was
watching "Cold Mountain" which is incredible but depressing as all get-out (a
must-read book, just insane imagery). Great soundtrack, though. And I was
thinking, geesh, this is the only movie in which I thought Jude Law was
incredibly hot. After it was over, I turned the channel to watch "Jeremiah
Johnson" with Robert Redford, and I also thought, wow, that guy was pretty
good looking. Then I realized that last week while I was watching "Dances with
Wolves" I thought Kevin Costner was only good looking while in that movie.
So...what is the weird link here (besides me missing my boyfriend)?
All these men were long-haired, bearded, dirty and frumpy and living off the land.
I am a total dork, all hot and bothered for that type.
What is it about me and liking that look? I just don't get it. Seriously, Robert
Redford was really hot. No, seriously. Like, REALLY hot. Watch the movie, and
just try to disagree with me on that one. 'Nuff said.
