Oh believe me, I'm reading them. I'm probably printing out a few of them to take with me to Dragon*Con. You never know when you'll need slash at a con.
Five was my first Doctor, way back when. You've gotten me readdicted to him though. :D
Never leave home without slash. Or Jack. Which is almost the same thing, sometimes.
He's just so DIFFERENT, and he's STILL the Doctor. It's wonderful for me, and he's got that whole bewildered/confused/fainting thing going on that is way, way, more appealing than it should be. *babbles at you*
Oh, I love these. I kind of had a mega-crush on the Fifth Doctor when I was in high school. Of course, at the time I just thought he was hot, having only seen him and Four (who was awesome awesome but not hot).
It was many years before I saw the rest of the Doctors and was able to start developing any sense of context of how the different regenerations related to each other. The fact that Four regenerated into (of all things) something young, pretty and infinitely vulnerable, tells you so much about Four, and so on.
