I had my appraisal at work today and... That Thing That I Spoke About At Easter Is Getting Better. Boss and I spoke about it and Higher Up Boss has noted Improvement. Which is *good*
Not to mention - I survived my appraisal! Yay

As to point five - I would. If my name is going to be on it as a beta, I'd make sure as hell it wouldn't damage my reputation. If I tell them, and they still wish to continue, that's their prerogative, but I'd ask for my name to be removed.

And if that doesn't alert them to the seriousness and they get weird and tanty cause I said something, then they don't sound like a loss to my flist IMO.
