STUDENT - Oh, I was wondering if this would be helpful in writing my Dissertation Proposal. I'm a Masters student.
ME - (through gritted teeth and giving the student an 'Are You Serious?!' look) Read the blurb on the back and have a look at the contents page.
STUDENT - Oh, I was hoping that you'd do it for me.
ME - (In as respectful tone as possible) Sir, you are a Masters student, you should be able to do that for yourself!
In conclusion - it's going to be a long evening... isn't it?
On a much happier note - Being Human has been nominated for a BAFTA. To put this into context... this is a bit like Supernatural getting nominated for a Primetime Emmy.
Even so - many congratulations to the Cast and Crew - they won't win but at least someone else agrees that this is Good Stuff!
