So, being the good librarian that I am... (that and aimlessly poking around lj) I discovered that yes, you can upload mood themes to LJ's scrapbook.
Which is a thing made of awesome as I really do *not* like the defaults (sporks the emoticons). Now comes the issue I must place before you, o flist...

Cats are awesome (even when they are being *ebil!* overlords) and the Jack Harkness one does have added Nine! (I've been re-watching Season One - The Eccleston pwns all!) and Ten! into the bargain...
