You guessed it, another long 'un
Several things. Erm was off college all last week cos I was ill, just your regular flu crap. Feeling loads better now tho, even tho my mum reckons I still look ill.
Saturday was uhm interesting. Me and mum took my brother and his wife to stay at our caravan for the night. On the way there the tyre blew out just as we were coming off a roundabout and it was four lanes for traffic on our side of the road. Mum nearly lost control of the car and we ended up stopping in the left lane. There were hardly any cars around thankfully (on an otherwise busy as hell road I might add) so we were lucky. Or maybe someone was fixing things for us so we didnt crash into anyone cos that would have caused some very serious damage. Heck if a car went into the side on the right I couldve lost my mum and brother :/ I think someones got other plans for us tho that we havent carried out yet...Anyways we had a spare tyre and we called a mechanic out, took two hours for us to get the car sorted but everything was ok. And my brother and sister-in-law enjoyed staying in the caravan. Mum was really nervous driving to go home and then the next day when we were picking them up from there =(
I saw the vascular surgeon today (finally!!!!!) and he said he's 99% certain that whats wrong is primary lymphedema, theyre gonna do an ultrasound on my legs just to check theres no vein blockage problems or anything but thats just to get them up to 100% certain which is relief. There's no cure for it but they can stop it getting worse, i'm gonna have to wear these tight supports socks that'll go all the way to my knees (so sexy o.0 lol) but whatever. As long as i'm gonna get some help for it then thats cool.
I don't know if i'm going to germany next week yet cos sabrina has this work thing shes gonna have to go away for, for a week, but they didnt tell her yet which week it's gonna be which is annoying. I'm gonna phone her later to see if they told her yet cos I phoned last night and she said she's ask today. Speaking of germany I bought three books to learn the language with, 70% sale off, they were the only good books left in the shop but weeeeeeeeeeell worth it. And it only cost £7.50 instead of like 30-something which is really cool.
Homework wise i'm doing ok. I have essays handing in, my last sociology homework got a 70% mark, the one before that was 80% so i'm happy there. I have a story that needs to be in rough draft tomorrow, finished by the 30th. And I gotta do a four minute talk tomorrow about anything I want so i'm doing it about stephen king's books since i've read like twenty of his so far this year lol. I'll do a bit about him and his way of writing and its gonna be cool so yay!
