i have a live journal??? you're kidding me!!!
once again, its been forever since i posted - things have been so crazy lately - i can't even think straight these days...well, so, i did it - i moved to baltimore - why, you ask? i just simply felt like it....not much other reason than i have always wanted to try living in the city (just to say i did), i have more friends there and it is not quite as boring as bel air...the move itself sucked - i did it in little bits...josh and i did almost all of the moving ourselves - box after box up 4 flights of stairs...exhausting...but its all in there now - i just have to get everything settled...with one exception - my box spring - it won't fit up the stairs and is currently being housed in the hallway of the lobby - oops...not much i can do about it right now - i need big strong men - josh and the good doctor tried to hoist it up outside the building and through the window (picture this if you can, a queen size box spring dangling from a wimpy little rope from the third story window in the middle of the city - yikes) it would have been successful but they needed another person to help manipulate it into the window - hopefully we will try again tomorrow...currently my mattress resides on the floor - oh well, whatcha gonna do? other than that i am really happy with my new apartment and am very excited to be there...on the flip side i have to turn in my keys to my old apartment today - i'm really sad about it - that apartment was good to me - my first place on my own and i've lived there for two years...i am gonna miss it and the area...kinda wish i could have both apartments - that way i could continue to play volleyball up there and not have to drive all the way back down to the city afterwards... i'm trying to decide what to do about the volleyball thing - i can't stand the thought of not playing - more things to work out - details, details.
anyway, if anyone wants my new address or phone number kindly comment or shoot me an email...i'll be happy to oblige :)
oh yeah, and i got a "new" old car - got rid of trippy - gave him back to my parents - i now am the proud owner of a green 1996 ford taurus - his name is of course, tori - but the coolest/most disturbing part, is that he comes complete with a dead frog in it...haha...his name is dead freddy (parrish gave him that name) - somehow the frog got into the tailight (the one on the back windshield) and evidently couldn't get out, died there and is now skeletonized...i can't get him out because it is sealed in there - creepy huh...my mom tried to play if off like it was cool - she was all, "its good luck" haha i was like, "mom, it died in my car, how is that good luck?" and she replied, "well, i don't know...i was hoping you wouldn't notice" lol - oh mom...
maybe i can keep up with this thing better now that things aren't going to be so crazy...
