I'd just like to say...... that for the first time in remembrance....... I'm weighing in at under 90kg!
This is - frankly - unbelievable........ and gives me a hell of a good feeling that I've actually done something right over the last 6 or more years......
When I remember to stand upright and 'strut my stuff'...... I look damned hot! The right casual clothes help..... and I'm now within 10 kg of my target.
