we found THE house. it is so amazing and perfect, i don't think i can even describe to you how amazing and perfect without showing pictures... which i will once we close, or at least sign a purchase and sale agreement. hundreds of pictures. me and jen already picked our rooms.
i'm really crossing my fingers on this one, it's even better than the million dollar property we looked at a couple weeks ago for a quarter of the price AND has a better location, more bedrooms (12 technically and 4 more that could be bedrooms) and a nicer basement. and a two car garage that is HEATED and has automatic garage doors that would make a good bike shop. and a kitchen that just needs a couple things to be a certified commercial kitchen for our catering business. and the most amazing hardwood floors. ok i'll shut up now.
