It can fluctuate as to just how awesome the rooms are; sometimes they're just a crappy dorm room with a new paint job type deal, and sometimes they're just unspeakably ravishingly awesome, stuff you never could have imagined. One time there was this gigantic 9238748273 sq. foot downtown refurbished warehouse in Atlanta that was just...omg. I love to see what people do with different types of spaces, like cute little old apts. in East Coast cities, etc blah blah. I love the eclecticness of some people's places on there. I saw this fuckin fantastic vintage 50s or 60s Broyhill ...sideboard table / buffet thing? on there. can't quite think of the proper name for it. but your Knoll find story reminded me of that piece of furniture somehow, cause that's how the people said they got it, just at a random thrift store and it was worth so much more. it was gorgeous, and something you'd like; I totally want to go hunting for a picture of it now. it was kind of like something Grandma and Grandpa Elliot would have had left over from the late 50s, hee.
