Happy Belated Thanksgiving to everyone! I hope all your food was better than mine. I mean, Vegetable Lasagna? What the hell is that? Call me old fashioned, but I like my Lasagna , you know - GOOD! No Rice and Beans, no GOOD pasta, no mashed sweet potatos...It was pretty sub par, I'll tell ya. At least the stuffing was faboo, and the bread was good. And lets not forget that the beer was yummy. But, even though the food wasn't up to snuff, I had a great time. My whole family was there (At my Aunt Lizzy's in SI), even my cousin from Puerto Rico I've never met before. He was a really nice, really happy guy. Sure, he didn't speak much English, but no matter! So, there was a lot of warmth, a lot of fun and laughter. Including me laughing so hard at dinner that Orange Soda came out my nose. So, even though my crazy family can drive me up the wall at times, all in all, they're a great bunch. And my Aunt said that for Christmas, its going to be Spanish cuisine, e-yeah! No more of that Vegetable Lasagna bullshit.
