I mentioned I'm doing that management thing now. I had one of those level raising moments when I received an complaint about one of my employees.

An odor.

As in, we've received a complaint about X and a smell so do something about it.

So I spent an hour talking to HR and clarifying what I could and couldn't say, it was a great day.
