Jobs
Ugh, thank you poor economy for making finding a job hard. I have been applying to places for over a month with no sucess. I have been turned down for 3 different jobs. The first one was Auburn Parks and Rec, the second was Davis Landscaping, and the third was Goodall. I was kind of a bit hurt that Goodall didn't hire me back, but they hired two of my other friends back. I understand times are tough and Mr. Barker said he wasn't hiring as many students back, but the fact that two people got hired back, and they applied the same time I did. Well I can't help but take it personally. Anyways, back to applying to more jobs. I really felt good too when my mom nagged me about finding a job yesterday. It's not like I haven't been trying! Gahh, I hate searching for jobs. I just got out of school yesterday and already I want to be working. I really don't want to waste any time, because I'd really like to start saving up so that maybe next summer I can live on my own. Ugh anyways, that was my rant on finding a job. I hope my luck changes and I hope people are having better luck than I am.
