man, did i have a hard time deciding which pictures to use so i decided to go with the angeleno shoot from last year. as you can see, it's a bit blue (which makes it harder to work with) but i hope you can manage!

- each participant has to submit one icon
- the icon has to me made for this challenge not something you've made before.
- do not post your icon anywhere else until the voting is over and the results announced
- only use the picture(s) provided. no other pictures/caps
- all other effects, like textures/gradients/brushes/text are allowed, animation is not allowed!!
- when submitting an icon, please provide both its url and img src
- comments are screened

- if you have any questions/comments, feel free to ask in a separate comment.
- no skips allowed anymore!
- icons are due monday, september 24th
