(no subject)
Right, going to keep this fairly brief since I have like.. a bajillion things to do today, sort out all the direct debits, send some money via western union, send money to pay off an ebay buy, all the menagerie is fed/watered at least, need to do some spot cleaning once I get back, replace some over-loved toys.. Mmm..
Coupled with general tidying, laundry, needing to do two assignments for my NVQ (sigh) and doing whatever else needs doing.. Might get some things and actually cook tonight, imagine Chris wouldn't object to home cooked food for once.
Todays 'happy' point is Honey. She's actually doing really well, her eyes are alert and fully open again, her coat is back to it's soft neatness so I know she's grooming herself again, she's eating well and is just loving her fresh food every day (today is a little bit of tomato and a small slice of apple), which I think is actually helping her improve.. And last night in an 'ha, you stupid humans think I'm down and out? Well I'll show you!' move she somehow managed to climb out of her new cage, which with her wobbliness I woulda thought impossible.. and straight into her old cage which was on the floor next to it. *eyerolls and smiles* Crazy hamster.. But still, it shows she's also getting her strength back too, which is also great news ^_^ Really overall I'm just really really happy ^^ I had been having serious doubts about whether or not I was being cruel not putting her to sleep but it seems to have worked out for both of us and she's almost just like herself again but with a permenant gentle wobble as she walks.. which is kinda endearing in an odd way.
But yeah :P Enough babbling, to work I go!
