(no subject)
So I've decided that I want to watch all the Best Picture nominees before the Oscars. =3 So far I've seen Black Swan (saw it a while ago, idk if I mentioned it in here but I meant to post a review. XD" Anyway it was amazing), Inception, and The King's Speech. Yes, idk how I haven't seen Toy Story 3 yet either. XD" Nice to see an animated film nominated for Best Picture though! Has that ever happened?
I might see the rest of the films nominated in other categories too if there's time (with some exceptions though; I have no interest whatsoever in Country Strong, and I'm kinda eh about Tron: Legacy [though I do want the soundtrack for that one. Mmm, Daft Punk] and Iron Man 2). Even if I can't watch them all, there's some I planned on watching regardless so I should at least see those. XD"
Also I was looking at the Grammy nominations and was super happy to see Muse nominated for several categories! =DDDDDDD There's a lot of other good artists this time around too, so I might actually watch those too this year if I can find a way to either get access to a TV or watch an online stream (which I'll probably also need if I watch the Oscars, lol).
My only issues are the fact that Chris Brown and Katy Perry got so many nominations. Mainly because Chris Brown is a domestic abuser and Katy Perry is homophobic/exploits gay people/pretends to be an ally when it's convenient for her/fake bitch, cant sing. Also she sounds like she has a permanent sore throat so idek why she got so many noms specifically for her singing voice.
And then there's the Justin Bieber noms. I mean, he sings well for a 16-year-old and I know he's really popular and all, but Grammys? Really?
