'kay, so the flight over here went pretty smoothly (though it felt like it took a while XD"), but then I decided to try saving money and time by taking the train back from the Newark airport instead of getting a cab. Well, I did save money, but not time. D= At first I thought I would since I saw the traffic coming out of the airport while on the airport train leading to the Newark train station, but then it took, like, an hour for a train to arrive. And when it did arrive it was -packed-. And some guy had the nerve to complain to me about my guitar. Dude, if I could have moved my arm to pull it back over my shoulder I would have. >_> And then he complained when I tried to get off the train (it was announced that another one with more space was coming in 2 minutes), wtf. So I took that train the rest of the way to Penn Station and once I got off the train and spent, like, ten minutes trying to get out because of the ridiculous crowd of people, I decided "Screw it, I'm taking a cab the rest of the way back". XD"
In other news, apparently after kicking Adam Lambert off of Good Morning America,
ABC decided to book Chris Brown instead. Because a domestic abuser asshole is SO much less controversial than a guy who kissed another guy. =_=
Also, I'd like to say, to the person who posted
this secret on
jrocksecret, fuck you you fucking fuck fucker. >_> It sounds like this person goes to my school too. Which proves my theory that the majority of the other students here are assholes. D=
To end on a more positive note, while waiting for the train to Penn Station, I drew two comics based on actual events from the week of the Dir en grey concerts. XD
Okay, so shortly after
pinkspider and
shinyas_pet got here and we arrived at the lobby of my dorm, Lady Gaga's new single Bad Romance was playing on the radio as I was signing them in. This is basically what happened:
And yes, all of the lyrics here are actual lyrics from Bad Romance. XD
And this comic is based on something that happened on Thursday night when we were camping out. As I said in the concert reports, people kept asking us why so many people were in line, so we were joking about what to do the next time it happened:
Yes, Kyo was actually across the street right when I said that. XD" I don't think he actually noticed me/heard me/thought I was making fun of him/etc., but I still couldn't help worrying. D=
