(no subject)
How could I ever pick only ONE?! @_@
In other news...remember how my dog had surgery? She's doing fine, but it turns out one of the growths they removed was cancerous. I hate to think what would have happened if I hadn't insisted that my parents take Lucky to the vet ASAP for the surgery. They weren't in any rush initially because the vets had told them "Oh, it's just fluid buildup, the growths aren't life-threatening". But somehow I had a feeling it would get worse if we didn't take care of it right away, especially since before the surgery, the vet tried to drain one of the supposed fluid buildups, but there was no fluid apparently. O_o I'm guessing that must've been the cancerous one.
Anyway, mom and dad are taking her to the vet again this week so they can do x-rays and make sure there isn't anything else still there, and I'm sure she'll be okay, but this whole episode just intensifies my fear of something happening to her while I'm away in college. ;_; She's only 8, but she tends to do crazy things that make me worry about her. XD"
But on a lighter note, lusala came over this weekend, and we had lots of fun. =D We went to lots of places around the city, like the Central Park Zoo, the Met museum, Strawberry Fields, and Dylan's Candy Bar. Hope she can come back again soon. ^^
